If only the BBC had waited they could have had genuine snow scenes at Foxfield. Here is a photo of Bellerophon at Hanbury Halt (AKA Dilhorne Park) on the 2nd January 2010 during the weekend steaming to celebrate her stardom in the latest Cranford episodes shown on BBC 1 over the christmas period. She will also be running on the 3rd Jan too... will there still be snow? Well let's wait and see. But come along if you want to sample real seasonal Cranford settings and get a mince pie to boot!. Oh, and this just goes to prove that
the boiler didn't explode at the end of epsiode 2 following the crash with the bovine star of the series!
